**About Oishinoya**

Oishinoya is hiring Japanese Kitchen Team Members In this role, you’ll help prepare and assemble Japanese-inspired dishes, maintain food safety standards, and support smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced food hall environment.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble Japanese menu items such as donburi and sides
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all kitchen and prep areas
- Support inventory management, restocking, and daily prep work
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and timely service
- Assist with seasonal or new menu launches under the guidance of the kitchen lead

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a Japanese restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or strong willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset
