**What will you do?**
- Verify and confirm money market transactions with counterparties to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Manage the settlement and clearing process for money market transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all confirmations and settlements for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction process.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the confirmation and settlement operations.

**What you need to succeed?**
- Previous experience (3+ years) in banking operations, specifically in settlements and clearing, is required.
- Proven ability to manage and reconcile financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of money market instruments and related regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems.
