**GREAT HOURS AND COMPETITIVE PAY**

**Locations**:Cobourg - 10 Albert St., Cobourg, ON

**Hours: 4 days per week - **Monday to Thursday, 8:40am to 5:15pm.

**Duties**:

- Gathers appropriate information from new patient calls
- Coordinate with insurance and answer inquiries as well as taking payments
- Consult with patients and parents
- Conduct patient follow-up calls and re-books
- Present financials and review contracts with new patients
- Prepare letters for doctors and obtain signatures
- Provides the main reception for the entire office
- Prepare images for new patients
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is an asset
- Level II Dental Assistant is an asset
