Job Title**:Oracle Fusion / OCI / OIC - Platform Operations Analyst**

Location: Toronto / Brampton

Hybrid: 2/3 days a week operation from office

Experience: 5+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and extensions for Oracle ERP Fusion, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Monitor integration processes, jobs, and extensions to ensure seamless operation.
- Triage and resolve issues related to integrations, jobs, and configurations.
- Work with Oracle Support (SR process) to raise and manage issues when necessary.
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Oversee the management of Oracle ERP Fusion environments, including the cloning process, data scrambling, and security setup.
- Handle the cloning and rebuilding of Oracle PaaS instances, with the ability to create environments from scratch.
- Leverage Azure DevOps and GitHub for cloud CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient deployment of code and configurations.
- Deploy code and configurations using Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Perform code retrofits across multiple PaaS and SaaS instances to ensure platform consistency.
- Participate in large-scale SCM ERP cloud upgrade programs, contributing to seamless transitions and upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in managing operations for Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong experience in handling integrations, monitoring, and issue resolution within ERP Fusion environments.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow and Oracle SR processes for issue tracking and management.
- Expertise in cloning Oracle PaaS instances, managing ERP Fusion environments, and working with cloud CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Participation in major SCM ERP cloud upgrade programs is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
