Assist with designing and implementing infrastructure upgrades leveraging existing configurations
Capacity and performance is monitored and tactical plans implemented to handle business growth
Opportunities for process improvements are identified and implemented wherever feasible
Support of Production Processes: The incumbent will support production jobs within the CDM environment. She he will provide first level support by analyzing and resolving production problems. In particular, the position must ensure that
Problems errors are thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner by involving the appropriate people in CDM and T&O.
All details of the issue and resolution are documented
Appropriate approvals are made and recorded
Processes and system enhancements are implemented to prevent reoccurrences of issues
Production Process Implementation: The position will require that the individual work with the project team to implement new processes or process modifications into the production environment. This will include
The promotion and implementation of the processes within the production environment
Assist with the design of the execution schedule for the processes
Implementation of the execution schedule for the processes
Documentation of the required implementation details
Ensuring appropriate approvals are made and recorded
