Security Guard (Lake St Martin)
Paladin Security offers top industry wages, free training in the fundamentals of security, First Aid/CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, a recognition and rewards program, excellent promotional opportunities, supplied uniforms, flexible hours and a comprehensive benefit package.
This position is in Lake St Martin. Must have a Drivers License and be comfortable driving a company vehicle. The site is located in Lake St Martin, 3 hours from Winnipeg. The position is 7 days on and 7 days off. Shift times are 4 pm
- 4 am. On site housing is provided as well as a daily per diem for food. We will pay 4 hours of overtime each biweekly pay cycle and a flat rate is paid for driving time.
Duties Include:
- Foot patrol of buildings both interior and exterior
- Monitoring access control
- Monitoring situations, property and events
- Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Skills to deal with challenges and communicate with, clients and visitors to the site.
- Work 12 hour shift
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
- Carry out written and verbal instructions
- Security Guard Experience (an asset)
- Must have Manitoba Security Guard License
- Must be bondable
- High School Diploma
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have Drivers license
