**SALARY RANGE: $70,564 - $84,151**

**Qualifications / Skills / Abilities**:
**Required**
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other
related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, graphic design and social media management,
preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
- Advanced knowledge of web design and coding. Working knowledge of Drupal is an asset, but not
mandatory.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with an understanding of web accessibility requirements (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act - AODA).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Advanced graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience managing social media accounts, using analytics tools and preparing reports.
- Skilled at photography and videography, including video and editing software.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, equity, diversity and inclusion in communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing
deadlines.
- Project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License and personal vehicle; willingness to travel
throughout Grey and Bruce Counties.
- Recent satisfactory performance and attendance record
