Owen Sound, Canada Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. Full time

Our **Owen Sound, ON** branch is currently looking for an experienced Application & Quotations Specialist to join their team.

**Nature & Scope**:

- Providing marketing product support involving documentation, RFP review, and new product introductions
- Reviewing and identifying alternative product solutions to meet market needs and profit objectives
- Be knowledgeable on major competitors and their prime products
- Assist in training programs for new sales/service personnel
- Providing product technical support to all Sales, Service Technicians, internal departments and resolve product questions
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, Technology, or related field of study
- Experience in life and fire safety industry, technical fire alarm sales considered an asset
- Knowledge of ULC standards and Building Codes
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
- Proficient computer skills
- Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
