In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth‑focused environment for our people.Core ResponsibilitiesAccountable for proactive date management of all core deliverables and milestones across departments for New Store Openings, Optimizations, and RenovationsResponsible for developing and implementing template schedules and workback plans to hit critical objectivesResponsible for weekly status updates including developing and maintaining any custom tracking, reporting, or presentations as requiredAdvise on project risks and elevate in a timely mannerCoordinate stakeholders as needed to ensure project successLead weekly Real Estate action calls with cross‑functional stakeholdersLead monthly reviews with Store Development leadership team to review project trends, learnings, and any calls to actionManage special projects/assignments as required by Store Development leadership teamQualifications3+ years of experience in commercial and/or retail developmentHighly motivated, detail‑oriented, and dependableAbility to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external business partnersExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenEntrepreneurial spirit and an ego‑less natureProficient with MS Office Suite – Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint + PowerBIBachelor's degree from a 4‑year college/universityPMP certification preferredmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Additional NotesAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation And Benefits PackageLululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 103,500‑$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
