HTG is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead the growth of our apps platform vision. In this role, you'll make bold, strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment and help shape how people engage with energy in their homes—and beyond.

This is your opportunity to bring the first-of-its-kind energy app marketplace to life.

In this role, you will:

- Continue to grow the apps platform vision, making bold decisions in a fast-moving, strategic environment.
- Craft compelling narratives that bring the platform to life across internal teams, partners, and public channels.
- Translate user insights into meaningful features that make energy smarter, simpler, and more personal.
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, marketing and eCom teams to co-create apps that are intuitive, impactful, and beloved by users.
- Orchestrate go-to-market launches of 1st and 3rd party apps to create a vibrant smart home energy ecosystem.
- Own success metrics, using data to guide continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evolve the energy app marketplace into a high-impact platform by driving user adoption, expanding offerings, and unlocking new value for customers at scale.
- 8+ years of experience defining, developing and delivering consumer products mobile/web app/game experiences,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a team lead
- Relevant experience working on digital products as a product lead, product manager, product owner or product marketing manager
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, user-centered design, product discovery and delivery methods
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization
- Bilingual English and French
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data / computer science, or related field
