**Winnipeg Hyundai Service Department** is currently looking to fill the full time role of the **Saturday Service Advisor** position.

**Duties include**:

- Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner in our Service Drive
- Prepare customer vehicles for repair and park them as necessary
- Write customer repair orders using DMS system
- Assist customers with repair requests
- Verify customer concerns with technicians and communicate needs effectively
- Obtain or update customer information in database
- Resolve customer complaints
- Promote required maintenance
- Communicate with all customers (internal/external) professionally

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Dependability, reliability, accountability and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Previous PBS, DealerFX, Service Advisor, and Hyundai experience an asset

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience

**Schedule**: Saturdays, 9 am to 3 pm

**Experience**:

- Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**License/Certification**:
Class 5 Drivers License (required)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
