**Your Role in a Nutshell**

In your role, you will work closely with our clients across North America to optimize the value of the BoomerangFX practice management software and digital marketing services. As the central point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for supporting our clients from adoption to ongoing account monitoring and cross-selling additional solutions.

**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON**

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize statistical software and data analysis skills to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals.
- Manage data collection processes to ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create engaging content tailored to target audiences, optimizing for SEO best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Experience with Drip Marketing
- Utilize tools such as SQL for data manipulation and reporting.

**Skills**
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Braze experience an asset
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to help optimize our digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance data effectively.
- Proficiency in statistical software for data analysis.
- Excellent data analysis skills with experience in SQL for database management.
- Familiarity with drip marketing
- Experience in data collection methodologies and market research techniques.
- Creative thinking with a passion for digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
