**Opportunity knocks**
As an Equipment Buyer & Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory fulfillment for customer orders including creating & receiving POs in MXP (or any future ERP system) and sourcing inventory from existing stock. Other responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, pricing analysis, marketing support, AP support, and supporting other business functions as required. This is going to be a remote role based anywhere in Canada.
**Your story**
You have over 3 years of experience in roles such as Buyer, Inventory Planner, Equipment Coordinator, or a similar capacity. Your background includes intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and hands-on experience with CRM or ERP systems. Knowledge of MXP is considered an asset. Your key competencies include meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, strong time management, and a self-motivated, independent work ethic. You are professional, approachable, and customer service-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
