We are a New Home Building company located in Sylvan Lake and are currently looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team

The ideal applicant will have bookkeeping experience/training, **_must _**have demonstrated training and experience with Sage 50, and be proficient in Excel.

This position will include answering and directing phone calls, filing, creating and updating spreadsheets, obtaining quotes and issuing POs, accounts payable & accounts receivable, manage utility accounts, assist with entering rent deposits, order office supplies, assist other staff members with their needs.

**Experience**:

- Sage 50: 1 year (required)
