Requisition ID: 159661 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **The Team** Cyber Automation & Defense Services is responsible for supporting and maintaining Automation and policies to controls that protect the Bank enabling the achievement of the Bank's Information Security. **The Role** the Global Head of Cybersecurity Automation and Defense responsible for managing a team that serves as the global centre of expertise for assessing, implementing, and administering enterprise security controls to safeguard Scotiabank’s informational assets and reduce security risk posture. **Is this role right for you?** - You are passionate in new technologies and enjoy the challenges of implementing security controls to protect them. - You are curious to identify ways to leverage existing technologies to its fullest extent - You enjoy working on different types of projects (from large and complex to simple) - You love to collaborate with various business lines, IT support functions and IS&C Control functions. - You enjoy new challenges and breaking down complex problems - You thrive in an environment that can change daily depending driven by the evolving threat landscape - You are passionate in new technologies and enjoy the challenges of implementing security controls to protect them. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?** - You possess advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English.
