We are seeking an experienced **Logistics Supervisor** who can provide support to both operations and warehouse teams in operating both SAP Financial and Warehouse Management System at our office working on a **permanent full-time (40 hours/week)basis**.

**Salary**: $56,155.68 - $60,000.00 depending on experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinate and review the work of the operations team engaged in the logistics operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, processing purchasing transactions and other related activities;
- Assist with work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments;
- Train and support both operations and warehouse teams in operating both SAP Financial and Warehouse Management System;
- Ensure that all the SOP set-up by Head Office for Logistics Teams is carried out as per directed, especially on the automated process;
- Monitor stock inventory and perform monthly stock comparison between both SAP and High Jump as per set-up by Head Office;
- To assist the management team in all administration and system aspects in improving the total efficiency and productivity in running the Operations Department;
- To assist to generate reports from both SAP and High Jump systems;
- Other duties from time to time.
To Be Successful You Will Need:
- At least 2 years logistics or supply chain experience;
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System is essential;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and productivity of operations;
- Previous role within a supervisory role is preferred.
