We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator/Fabricator to join our team at Alpha Building Supply. As a CNC Operator/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating CNC machinery to fabricate high-quality components according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including lathes, mills, routers, or plasma cutters.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Program CNC machines using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure efficient production flow.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC machines.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full G Driver's Licence.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
