**Role Summary**:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to help us grow our brand in Western Canada. This is more than a typical sales role - it’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll help shape strategy, develop the market, build relationships, and represent a proud Canadian brand.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Educating retail and distributor partners about our W.I.L.D. food philosophy
- Gathering feedback from the field to drive continuous improvement
- Developing and implementing regional sales plans to meet revenue objectives
- Building and managing relationships with retailers and distributors
- Develop and grow retail distribution across Western Canada
- Represent CHARM® at trade shows, events, and customer meetings

**This role is perfect for someone who**:

- Wants to be part of something new and impactful
- Has 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the pet specialty industry
- Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills
- Is willing to travel (up to 50%)
- Is wild about dogs or cats (ideally both)

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
