Regional Sales Manager

As a **Regional Sales Manager**, you will manage the overall sales results for the British Columbia territory for Dulux Paints. Bringing business strategy to improve sales, margin, and increase market share performance. The main job parameters consist of people management, customer relationship building, meeting and exceeding KPI’s, creating growth and leading team engagement and direction. You will report to the Regional General Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain contact and build relationships with current and potential customers.
- Oversee recruitment, training and development of sales and the operations force, support and implement the performance and learning process.
- Support the strategic plans to drive profitable growth.
- Lead the sales team following PPG Selling Machine to ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Expand sales opportunity pipeline and improve conversion rate through the pipeline to deliver regional growth.
- Promote cultural change and development into the region. Conduct regular team meetings to provide leadership.
- Provide high levels of engagement, recognition, involvement, and empowerment following Company values.
- Manage the performance process for all team members, to ensure achievement of targets.
- Act in an ethical and responsible manner and comply with the PPG policies.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred, with 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience resolving customer complaints and providing superb customer service.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work and travel locally within the territory 75% of the time. Overnight travel will be required at times.
- Will need to reside in the region. Must be open to relocation if you currently do not live in the designated region.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000- $95,000 CAD.
