Mississauga, Canada EXM Manufacturing Ltd Full time

**EXM** has been manufacturing industrial electrical components for over 45 years. It has multiple locations in 3 different countries operating in a fast paced environment.

You would be working in a diverse and dynamic work scope in Sales. The core responsibilities would be to provide technical specifications and technical drawings to clients. It will involve you working directly with clients at either our location or theirs. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with this role and eventually take on expanded duties and responsibilities.

**Job Summary**
- Create quotations for customers based on dimensional drawing specifications
- Ability to read CAD drawings
- Receive calls efficiently, quickly and professionally
- Provide information and technical advice to customers as well as the client care team
- Monitor and execute internal policies and procedures and communicate them to clients when necessary

**Secondary tasks**:

- Assist the sales department in the development of ideas/strategies to improve departmental efficacy
- Communicate on any opportunity for improvement to supervisor
- Other related tasks to customer service

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

**Technical Skills / Certifications**
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Automation background / degree
- Ability to read and draw CAD drawings (Inventor / AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Ability to understand technical aspects of the product

**Secondary Skills**:

- Bilingual is a bonus (French and English)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and resourcefulness
- Can work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Have a positive attitude and active listening skills
- Service oriented attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- Appreciate teamwork
- Responsible and good organizational skills
- Experience in the field of electronics and / or customer service a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
