As the **Cosmetics Associate**, you will be our go-to-guru to connect customers with the perfect cosmetics. To manage resources of the cosmetics department to maximize and achieve sales targets. To model excellence in customer service and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism to every customer and staff member. Good thing you also have an outgoing personality who knows the latest cosmetics trends.

**12 Week Contract with possibility of extension**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proven working experience in merchandising
- Ensures merchandise is signed and priced appropriately
- Maintain department standards and cosmetics sections
- Assist customers along the aisle in finding and locating merchandise
- Provide customer service and support
- Completion of mandatory training programs
- Stock and zone designated areas
- Collect merchandise from the sales floor and backroom bins
- Work collaboratively with store team
- Set signage as required
- Maintain inventory accuracy including counting and adjustments according to schedule
- Ensure floorplan integrity
- Communicate need for support and jointly review tasks/priorities with the store team

**Physical Job Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time
