The Corporate Event Specialist plans, coordinates, and executes internal events that help the organization achieve its objectives and assists the Manager, Corporate Events with events for external and broker-related audiences. The Corporate Event Specialist makes sure that events are consistent with the company's strategic goals, enhance its brand image, and foster meaningful interactions with different stakeholders.

What will you do?
- Develop, plan, and execute internal events, including (but not limited to) all employee town halls, Purpose-related events, and team off-site events.
- Coordinate all aspects of internal events, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
- Schedule and organize meetings including internal planning sessions, event dry run and attendee walk throughs.
- Coordinate logistics, including catering, audio-visual equipment, attendee engagement, transportation, and accommodations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth and successful execution.
- Collaborate with the communications and marketing teams to develop invitations lists, promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance.
- Craft event invitation and communications materials, as required, and coordinate with communications team for dissemination.
- Utilize digital marketing channels and social media to maximize event visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
- Ensure that events align with the organization's brand and messaging.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators and return on investment.

What will you need?
- Events Management certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an events role with executing internal events
- Minimum 1 year of experience with external and B2B corporate events
- Minimum 1 year of experience with brand focussed and internal events
- Excellent skills with marketing, communications, and event technology
- Creative skills and flexibility
