**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately.
- Oversee team management, providing guidance and support to warehouse staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular training sessions on materials handling, forklift operation, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using AS400 or similar systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during shipping & receiving activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance is beneficial.
- Experience with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage team dynamics effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders.

Pay: $21.50-$24.50 per hour
