Our executive team consists of serial entrepreneurs that have a drive for growing and constantly expanding their portfolio with new ventures and business ideas. We are seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to help with the daily operations of a multitude of businesses. This would be a multi-level/talented job that would involve an individual who identifies as learning best from "challenge & change". One day you may find yourself making quotes, then the next helping restock a store, and then the next running a 10,000+ attandee event. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to: - recruitment for staff for businesses - creation of quotes, invoices, receipts - management of appointments and submission of contracts - daily operations of retail, service based and mobile businesses including administrative, secretarial, etc.. - helping transport items, coordinating teams and schedules - problem solving and organization - keeping up with social media posts - engaging customers and audiences - and much more **Requirements**: - EXCELLENT communication skills in written/verbal English - must be located in Sudbury, ON and willing to travel on occassion - TERRIFIC customer service skills - interpersonal and love a challenge - TRAINING PROVIDED We are looking for someone who is the do-it-all and doesn't shy away from a challenge.
