We are an importer, distributor and wholesaler of food products from all over Asia. Dong Phuong Distributor has been in business for more than 30 year, we have been selling our products to grocery retail businesses all over Canada. Main duties:

- Data entry on our computer system
- working in a warehouse setting
- Handling paper work
- Inventory management, ie inventory counts, inventory reconciliation
- Coordination, planning, and communication for incoming shipments
- Track and monitor incoming shipments
- Accurately maintain and receive product into the system
- Reconcile any receiving discrepancies
- Communicate and co-ordinate incoming inventory with warehouse receiving supervisor
- Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Team player: enjoys working as a team
- Strong administrative and paperwork skills

- **University graduate or diploma preferred**:

- Intermediate Excel skills
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role or administrative role
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to cope with stressful situations in a professional manner
- Possess the ability to work independently, multitask, work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with a warehouse setting
- Professionalism
- Accurately receiving products and paperwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
