- Salary Range for HR Manager from $76,616 to $114,923 / year
- Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession, in alignment with budgets.
- Establish training plans for employee development.
- Provide coaching to supervisors on objectives, compensation, performance reviews, and skills development.
- Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes, offering coaching and support to managers as needed.

- Possess operational expertise in diverse HR areas such as compensation, benefits, talent management, etc.

- Experienced in change management and integrating continuous improvement concepts.
- Exhibits strong leadership, fostering buy-in for proposed solutions.
- Proficient in analyzing performance indicators to prioritize HR actions, while supporting a customer-focused culture and effective communication.
- ** Experienced in labor relations; experience in a Unionized facility is a must.**
