**Duties**

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Provide technology sales support by demonstrating product features and answering customer inquiries.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales role or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- A passion for technology sales is desirable, along with a willingness to learn about new products.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
