Heritage Green Child Care Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our Before and After School Age Program at St. James the Apostle School starting September 2, 2025.

**Hours**

**Qualifications**
- **Degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education, and a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (new graduates must have applied to the College of ECEs).**:

- **Consideration will also go to those with a diploma in Child and Youth Worker or Recreation and Leisure**:

- Experience in a licensed child care setting is an asset;
- Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Police Check (dated within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one at own cost;
- Must provide results of a current TB test (from within the past 6 months) or be willing to get a Step 1 test;
- Must have current Standard First Aid and CPR certificate (Level C)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a busy environment supervising large groups of children and facilitating activities with them.

**This position will include opportunities for you to**:

- Work approximately 25 hours a week
- Be a co-learner
- Work in a team environment
- work 12 months per year

**Wage**:
The starting rate for this position is $26.34 (for Qualified non-ECE) to $27.86 (RECE) per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
