- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, systems, and equipment
- Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and their implementation
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
