**About Us**
Since 1978 Premier has been creating beautiful landscapes with strategic annual maintenance programs for strata managers and residents. By understanding the needs of the industry, we have become strata specialists in the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.
**Your Responsibilities**
As our Partner Supervisor, you have extensive Gardening/Landscaping experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ambitions to grow your team and business under the Premier Landscaping brand, and as a valued member of the Premier team. In your role, you will:
- Perform all landscaping/other site work to Premier's standards
- Execute the project schedule by tasking the Landscapers on the crew with activities that promote learning, are appropriate to their skill level, and capitalize on their strengths
- Monitor work being done by Landscapers on the crew to meet the quality and efficiency targets of the project. Provide feedback, coaching and performance management when required to help your team develop
- Report accurately and efficiently through the Aspire Mobile App
- Submit bi-weekly invoices for payment, as agreed based on contracted amount
- Ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of the job site
- Adhere to and model the Premier Landscaping Code of Conduct
- Daily reporting on any customer contact that requires Premier management attention
- Quote and provide services, on behalf of Premier
- Use Premier branded uniform/truck magnets when on Premier sites
**Your Experience & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years' experience as a Landscape Technician, Horticulturalist or similar, working in all seasons and Commercial settings
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Experienced and comfortable in the use of pesticides
- Honest and trustworthy with strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, high standards of professionalism and a positive demeanour
- Ability to lead a team by strong example and communication
- Must be able to operate your own truck, as well as maintain and fix equipment
**Considered A Bonus**
- Residential Landscape Technician (RLT) course completion considered an asset
- Journeyman Landscape Horticulturist Red Seal considered an asset
