**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Sr. Tailings & Water Management Engineer, you will be part of the Mill Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Support Senior Tailings & Water Management Engineer the to carry out projects in all types of integrated tailings and water management systems (tailings dams and deposition, waste rock and overburden facilities, seepage control, diversion channels, water management ponds, spillways, etc.) under engineering, operating and closure conditions
- Work with multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams to participate in developing integrated tailings, and mine water management solutions
- Contribute in work planning, design, and monitoring of tailings dam deposition and stability
- Help in conducting geotechnical and hydrological assays of tailings dams and water management system of the TSFs
- Support to monitor performances and KPI of the TSFs
- Support the RP to report on Tailings Management (Risk Assessment, Data, Performance, Compliance, etc.)
- Contribute and participate in tailings dam construction, expansion or closure projects

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- College Diploma relevant to Environmental
- Good understanding of tailings management facilities, and mine water balances

**Your Work Schedule**:

- Schedule: 4/3 or 5/2 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
