FULL-TIME - GTA Charity Ambassador

We are looking for a driven fundraiser to join our team raising funds for non-profit organizations. Training is provided at every level. Our teams include former sales professionals, customer service experts, teachers, avid volunteers, and recent graduates - inspiring individuals who were looking for a career to make a difference and an opportunity to grow into leadership

Fundraisers should demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, plus strong leadership qualities. Fundraisers should be able to perform under pressure, possessing exceptional organizational and presentation skills.

**What You'll Do as a Fundraiser**:

- Share your voice through street fundraising in GTA locations
- Advocate on behalf of our charity partners and signing up new regular donors.
- Engage members of the public, building rapport, and inspiring them to take action.
- Uphold a solutions-focused mindset to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Develop a professional fundraising skill set and contribute to a team dynamic of respect and appreciation.
- Fulfil a Full-Time schedule to participate in morning meetings and contribute to successful field canvassing campaigns.

**Street Team Details**

**Compensation**: Starting at **$16.00 + bonus**. Upwards of **$26.00 - $36.00/hour**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the campaign’s success by achieving daily fundraising goals.
- Take and process donations in an accurate manner by ensuring accurate recording of donor contact and payment details.
- Answer donor questions about the charity's work

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Sensitivity to humanitarian causes and a genuine passion for making a difference in the world
- Proven track record of successfully meeting targets and/or performance goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and deal with rejection without becoming discouraged.
- Positive attitude can do attitude, professional, and self-drive.
