**Description**

The IT Project Manager at Tornatech is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to information technology, particularly in the areas of IoT, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, they ensure that projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. This key role involves risk management, user training, and coordinating the transition of projects to operations, all while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks and opportunities
- Participate in developing business cases necessary for securing budgets
- Plan, organize, and track the progress of projects related to IoT, AI, and cybersecurity in collaboration with various departments
- Ensure control and monitoring of scope, timelines, and costs
- Guarantee the availability of skilled resources for all projects
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance of the infrastructure
- Organize interdepartmental meetings and disseminate relevant information
- Maintain effective and pertinent communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for management
- Train internal and external users as needed
- Coordinate and support post-implementation of projects, including transition to operations
- Address employee training and change management needs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- University degree in a field related to information technology
- Project management certification
- Expertise in areas such as IoT, AI, and cybersecurity
- Ability to serve clients in Canada, the United States, Belgium, and Dubai
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills and priority management
