**Job description**:
The Project Manager is responsible for implementing large-scale projects under the responsibility of the Project Management Office. More specifically, he will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all phases of project management under his responsibility, in compliance with the governance framework for automation and robotics projects. He will be responsible for ensuring collaboration between all stakeholders, closely monitoring deadlines and acting as the person in charge to maximize efficiency in terms of costs, deadlines, scope and quality of work.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing and sales teams to develop and put solutions into production, balancing resources to ensure the success of the entire organization.
- Make decisions to ensure the success of projects
- Analyze problems and provide solutions in close collaboration with the customer, using a variety of known and innovative methods and techniques, and carry out comparative studies.
- Develop, implement and adhere to production schedules according to different areas of expertise
- Monitor design, programming, specification, assembly and commissioning at Systemex.
- Ensure project deadlines and associated costs are met
- Prepare and present budget forecasts for various projects
- Prepare internal progress reports and present to management
- Manage resources, engineers and technicians related to the various projects for which he/she is responsible (matrix management)
- Act as mentor and motivator for company resources
- Contribute to the technical documentation of projects Assess customer satisfaction and maintain close customer relations
**Desired skills**:

- Minimum 8 years' experience in project management
- PMP certification (an asset)
- Comfortable with negotiation
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the project development cycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and with customers and their executives
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
- Organized and able to manage priorities and demonstrate rigor in work execution
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who is motivated to achieve objectives
- Very good command of the French language and good knowledge of the English language (oral and written), with strong oral and written communication skills.
