**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment(e.g. skid steer, roller) safely and efficiently as required for various construction projects.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials on-site.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years asphalt experience is required.
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of paving techniques and construction processes is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
