**Job description**:
Our growing company is looking for experienced cleaner to clean multi-residential buildings in Kitchener-Waterloo for 37.5-40 hours per week. This position will require driving to 2 sites per day Kitchener-Waterloo to clean. Sites are typically within 5-15 minutes of each other and we pay mileage for travel between sites. All cleaning supplies are kept at each site. Sites are multi residential buildings. Some sites attention to detail is more important and tasks are more light duty / detail focused. Other sites we need someone who can cover ground, lift around mop pails/vacuums, clean 3 storey buildings that have no elevator, etc. We are looking for an emphasis reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for friendly and professional people. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday. The earliest starting time would be 8am and the latest you would be required to work is 6pm.

**Job requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Monitoring levels of supplies
- Able to communicate with personal cell phone
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, windows, garbage clean up, stainless steel, dusting

**Working conditions**:
The applicant must be available Monday to Friday, as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. Total hours 37.5-40 hours per week.

**Salary**:
$18.35/hr to start
