We are a place where innovation is encouraged, talent and teamwork are celebrated, and results and success are rewarded.As we continue expanding our categories and driving market‑leading performance, we are hiring a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our Canadian Sales team.The OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven sales executive to lead PEAK’s Canadian sales strategy and strengthen our exclusive partnership with The Home Depot Canada.Reporting to the Senior VP, Sales, the VP of Sales, Canada will oversee national retail sales and service strategy, forecasting, field sales leadership, and overall business performance. This role is ideal for an influential sales leader who thrives in building trusted merchant relationships, driving category growth, and developing high‑performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the national sales strategy to grow PEAK’s Canadian business and deliver profitable results.Lead joint business planning, commercial programs, and category strategies with The Home Depot Canada.Identify new opportunities to enhance category performance, customer experience, and service levels.Customer & Partner ManagementAct as PEAK’s senior commercial leader with The Home Depot Canada, managing our exclusive national vendor partnership.Build strong relationships across the merchant, replenishment, supply chain, and operations teams.Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring strong alignment and exceptional execution.Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing and Operations on forecasting, innovation, promotions, and strategic long‑term planning.Lead and develop the Directors of Sales (East and West), Regional Sales Managers, Pro Sales Managers, and the Field Sales teams across Canada.Build a performance‑driven culture with clear expectations, strong coaching, and professional development.Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth within the sales organization.Champion PEAK’s “store‑first” approach to elevate in‑store execution, field support, and customer service excellence.Business Performance & OperationsOversee sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to support accurate planning and strategic decision‑making.Monitor key KPIs including market share, category growth, service levels, and financial performance.Ensure alignment across sales, supply chain, customer service, marketing, finance, and product development.Manage national budgets including travel, staffing, payroll, and operating expenses.Qualifications10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in home improvement, building materials, hardware, or consumer products.Strong experience managing national retail accounts—Home Depot experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and deliver strong year‑over‑year sales results.Outstanding relationship‑building and communication skills with senior merchant partners.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.What We OfferA high‑impact national leadership role with direct influence on PEAK’s Canadian successEntrepreneurial, collaborative, and people‑first cultureClose alignment and partnership with the Executive Leadership TeamMeaningful career growth within a fast‑growing global organizationComprehensive compensation package, including performance‑based bonus, extended health, dental, and wellness benefitsThe Peak Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
