THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Cloud & Infrastructure - Modern Workplace Technologies team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing and deploying cutting-edge, dependable, and adaptable workplace technologies. As the Director, Modern Workplace Technologies, you will shape the future of cutting-edge technology infrastructure at Aritzia to continuously elevate user experience both in form and function, while ensuring security and resilience of the environment. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing the scope and approach for these technologies across all workplaces to ensure our end users have the hardware and tools they require for efficient operations across the organization. THE ROLE

As the Director, Modern Workplace Technologies, you will lead the team to:

- Chart the course for our organization’s technological future by defining the blueprint for Modern Workplace Technologies at Aritzia.
- Research and evaluate new workplace technologies that will bring the highest value and greatest return on investment both in form and function to elevate end user experience.
- Design, implement, secure, and maintain the modern technology infrastructure and services that enhance collaboration, productivity, and innovation across all Aritzia workplaces.
- Manage and optimize a diverse array of endpoint devices, safeguarding their integrity and performance to uphold unparalleled security standards.
- Provide access to and educate the business on the corporate devices and communication & collaboration tools that enable efficient operations.
- Ensure our people have the right tools to perform their work optimally.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

The Director, Modern Workplace Technologies has:

- Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in:

- Printers and Peripherals
- Jamf Pro
- VMware Workspace ONE
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- Azure AD
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Azure Monitor
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
- A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
- A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
