Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live sports card breaks on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, or Whatnot.
- Engage with the online audience by answering questions, providing insights into the cards, and creating a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Stay updated on sports news, trends, and the sports card market to provide informative commentary during streams.
- Coordinate with the team to schedule streams and develop content strategies.
- Manage the technical setup for live streaming, ensuring high-quality video and audio production.
- Sort and prepare select cards for shipping to customers after breaks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a live streamer, broadcaster, or similar role; experience in sports card breaking is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the major sports and the sports card market.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to entertain and engage an audience for extended periods.
- Comfortable with live streaming technology and software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during live events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or a degree in sports management, communication, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of proper card etiquette, including but not limited to the proper handling of the cards, sleeving, toploading etc.

Skills and Qualities
- Passionate about sports and collecting.
- Charismatic, with a natural on-camera presence.
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling and evaluating sports cards.
- Strong community-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
