The Field Coordinator main responsibilities are to schedule, dispatch, monitor and manage third-party and internal services for IronSight clients. The Field Coordinator is required to function in a fast-paced environment and is the front-line communicator that ensures all services are consistently scheduled and dispatched to safely meet predetermined plans.

This role will regularly liaise with our clients operating organization including internal service providers and third-party providers of services consumed by IronSight clients. The focus of this position will be driving operational efficiency and effectiveness with the IronSight platform.

**LOCATION**

Lloydminster/Elk Point/Bonnyville, AB

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Field Coordinator duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, or emergency personnel
- Speaking with IronSight clients and third parties to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from work crews
- Overseeing communications within company assigned territories
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate information to field workers, field management, and clients.
- Organize, analyze, and track relevant information regarding supply and demand
- Demonstrate extraordinary organizational skills while using the IronSight platform to its fullest capability.
- Extensive collaboration with workers regarding client’s requirements and changing priorities to ensure both customer and workers’ needs are met.
- Identify areas to improve efficiency, and work with your team and team lead to implement new strategies.
- Quickly and effectively communicate changes in the business to key stakeholders to ensure we are providing top-of-the-line service to our clients.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of all transactions.
- Model behaviors that support IronSight’s core values and those of our clients who you will be working with.
- Ensure all activities follow IronSight rules, regulations, policies, and procedures along with those of our clients.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Team Lead and management.
- Ability to define problems and determine effective solutions by accessing information from a variety of sources and identifying the root-cause of the problem.
- Coordinate the direction and utilization of disposal and facility capacity with production operations and carriers using company procedures and guidelines
- Develop load plans for night and day shifts and verify plans with carriers and against facility capacities and availability.
- Flexibility to be on-call as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in business, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in the English Language, with the ability to comprehend and communicate complex plans and instructions in a clear and logical manner.
- Minimum 5 years of oil and gas field logistics or dispatch experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate to advanced experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work through high-pressure situations, juggle competing priorities, and make decisions that have a significant financial impact within a limited timeframe required.
- Must be able to work effectively with a team and independently.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines imposed in a dynamic environment.
- Conventional oilfield experience in Lloydminster and surrounding area would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of legal land descriptions
- Working knowledge of SCADA would be an asset

**WORKING ENVIRONMENT**
- A significant portion of the working day will involve working with a computer
- This position is office based
- Shift work required
- Minimal travel required
- Overtime required
