We are looking for employees who are enthusiastic and passionate about good customer service and making great drinks** **Experience in customer service, barista, or tearista is an asset but not a requirement. Able to speak Chinese and work in a fast-paced environment would be preferable, but not a must. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation, and various other duties required in a cafe.** **Store Location**: **Ottawa** - 1400 Clyde Ave., Unit 9, Nepean, ON K2G 3J2 - 366 Dalhousie St, Ottawa, ON K1N 5W2 **Key Qualifications**: - **Food & Beverage experience is considered an asset** - **Strong customer service skills** - **Enjoys working independently and in a team setting** - **Excellent communication skills** - **Self-motivated, organized, and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment** - **Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays** - **Must be available to work weekends and weekdays** **Job Duties include**: - **Process cash, debit, and credit card payments** - **Drink preparation** - **Routine cleaning & maintenance** - **Various cafe duties** - **Possible lifting of up to 25 kg** **Required education**: - **High school graduate or equivalent** - **Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required** **Operating Hours & Availability**: - ** / Part-time** - **Opening shifts can start as early as 10:30 am.
