**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of **Thai dishes** following authentic recipes and presentation standards.
- Work efficiently on the **kitchen line**, handling grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling.
- Use a **wok** skillfully for stir-frying and tossing ingredients with precision.
- Ensure all food handling, preparation, and storage meet **health and safety regulations**.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, utensils, and cooking stations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in **Thai cooking techniques** and food preparation.
- Prepare special dishes for customers with **allergies or dietary restrictions**.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure **timely service during peak hours**.
**Requirements**:
- **At least 3 years of experience** cooking **Thai-style cuisine**.
- Proficiency in **Thai cooking techniques**, including **stir-frying, grilling, and curry preparation**.
- Strong knowledge of **Thai ingredients, spices, and flavour profiles**.
- Ability to handle **high-volume cooking** while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Understanding of **food safety regulations** and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- **Food Handler Certification** is preferred.
- Ability to **stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs**.
