**Physiotherapy Assistant - Community**

**Location: Etobicoke Area**

**Part-Time position available**

We are looking for a self-motivated** Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)** to join our team. Our **PTA**will be working under a registered Physiotherapist to provide health teaching, and exercise programs. A successful PTA would be able to administer care plans for Physiotherapists.

If you are a new Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant program graduate, our team provides comprehensive exposure to learning and development opportunities.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be working with our physiotherapy and occupational therapy team under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
- Provide health teaching and perform exercise programs with clients.

**Skills needed for success**:

- Graduates from a recognized physiotherapy program or kinesiology is an asset.
- A proven track record of being able to work independently, as well as comfortable working in a team.
- Building relationships with clients and their families/ caregivers
- **Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver’s license is a must**:
