**What we’re looking for**:
As a Stash & Co. Store Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing all facets of the retail Cannabis environment including personnel, inventory, and the store atmosphere. In addition, you will:

- Drive sales through excellent customer service and maximization of day-to-day operations.
- Develop and mentor staff members through coaching, engagement, and follow-up.
- Engage with the community, participating in active dialogue with community leaders and vendors to build relationships.
- Define measures of success, track progress toward goals, report results and refine approach based on results.
- Manage day to day operations, support staff, and manage sales and procurement
- Manage and report on budget and spending.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

**We think you would be a great fit for this role if you have**:

- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in retail management or related field.
- Excellent team building skills and a passion for people-development.
- Previous experience managing a team of 5-10 employees.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both official languages.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and a demonstrated understanding of the regulatory constraints involved.
- A passion for the industry and a desire to make a difference in our community.
- A love for small business and growing together.

- CannSell certification.
