Residential construction experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure delivery of superior warranty service, following Coventry tone and meeting standards for written and verbal communication.
- Manage warranty activities throughout their lifecycle, including recording items, coordinating repairs and ensuring completion of repairs.
- Contact customers on a regular basis to coordinate repairs, provide updates on outstanding work and to ensure Homeowner satisfaction.
- Work with trade suppliers to ensure clarity of work required and gather updates on item completion.
- Explain Homeowner maintenance.
- Research Homeowner inquiries or concerns to correctly identify proper repair personnel.
- Assist on-site Homeowner Care Technicians with their inquiries.
- Prepare pre-appointment paperwork and process paperwork after appointments.
- Create work orders and communicate with trades and suppliers to ensure work order completion.
