**Job Title**: Cleaner/Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean all surfaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings
- Dust and wipe down all fixtures, appliances, and windows
- Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Communicate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- Ensure that the property is ready for occupancy by the designated date

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in post-renovation cleaning/commercial cleaning
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
