Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 4J4

Annual salary : $40,000 - $70,000 CAD + Performance-Based Bonus

Shift: Flexible (Store hours: 8 AM - 9 PM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Maintain store licenses, accounting tasks, and other administrative responsibilities with mínimal owner involvement.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead by example in customer service and workplace conduct.
- Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role within a grocery or retail environment.
- Must be comfortable with administrative tasks and managing store operations independently.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule within store hours.

Able to commute within 45-50 minutes (accommodation available if required).
- Must be comfortable with the idea of a drug test (though not required).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items when necessary.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Store management: 4 years (preferred)
- administrative tasks: 4 years (preferred)
- Heavy lifting: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:
