Responsabilités

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of sales, expenses, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative documentation.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally via phone etiquette and in person.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for team leadership and customer interactions.
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, budgeting, sales forecasting, and administrative processes.
  • Supervising experience in retail sales environments is highly desirable.
