Responsabilités
Diriger et superviser le personnel du magasin, y compris le recrutement, la formation et le développement des membres de l'équipe afin de garantir une performance élevée et un excellent service à la clientèle.
Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du magasin, y compris la manipulation de l'argent, les transactions au point de vente et la gestion des stocks.

Qualifications
Expérience avérée en gestion de détail ou en supervision de magasin avec des capacités de leadership démontrées.
Solides compétences en négociation, gestion des ventes, marchandisage et stratégies de marketing.
La maîtrise du bilinguisme ou du multilinguisme est préférable pour servir efficacement une clientèle diversifiée.
Maîtrise des systèmes de point de vente (POS), des procédures de manipulation de l'argent, du traitement de la paie et des logiciels de comptabilité.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de gérer efficacement le temps entre plusieurs priorités.
Compétences en communication efficaces pour la direction d'équipe et les interactions avec les clients. Expérience en recrutement, entrevue, formation et développement du personnel.
Connaissance des stratégies de tarification, de la budgétisation, des prévisions de ventes et des processus administratifs.
Une expérience en supervision dans des environnements de vente au détail est fortement souhaitée.

- Maintain organized records of sales, expenses, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative documentation.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally via phone etiquette and in person.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills for team leadership and customer interactions.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, budgeting, sales forecasting, and administrative processes.
- Supervising experience in retail sales environments is highly desirable.
