Reporting to the Site Experience Manager, the Digital Merchandising, Pricing and Promotions Specialist is responsible for coordinating and deploying digital pricing and promotional strategies and tactics across the website. In this role you will ensure all pricing and promotional activities including in-store features, multi-buys, GT VIP, clearance and seasonal events are displayed accurately across all digital channels.

Execution - Digital Site Merchandising
Accountable for ensuring promotional and event pricing is accurate, deployed on time and monitored throughout the life of the promotion

Create and deploy site merchandising content for promotional and seasonal event pages

SME for online pricing, promotions and seasonal events

Create and maintain digital pricing and promotion calendar

Work cross functional with Buying, Marketing, Site Operations and Digital Product Management team to develop new processes

Execute, QA and report on the performance of online pricing, promotions and seasonal events, including post-launch metrics

Ensure web content updates for area of responsibility are executed on time

Create custom curated landing pages and experiences for promotions and events

Responsible for accuracy and quality of pricing and promotional elements of site merchandising tactics and content

Use data to make in-flight recommendations and pivots

Work with Site Experience Manager on content strategy and populating content calendar

Collaborate cross functionally to oversee the execution of seasonal and promotional go-to-market plans

Participate in and provide recommendations for A/B testing to increase site experience and conversions

Work with the Digital Design Studio to ensure visual content, messaging and assets are consistent across all digital channels

Remain up-to-date on current digital merchandising trends and best practices

Present concepts and ideas to the Digital Leadership team

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or a related field.

3+ years in eCommerce experience (Merchandising and/or Digital Marketing)

Experience using site analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Knowledge of retail and eCommerce industry

Experience with a content management system

Customer focused with a mobile first mentality
