**About Us**:
**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online success In this exciting position, you’ll plan, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, while developing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You’ll also take charge of our eCommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and maximizing sales performance.
- **Digital Marketing & Paid Media Strategy**:
- Create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for organic and paid distribution across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta platforms, and TikTok.
- Develop comprehensive media strategies that align with broader campaign goals, focusing on audience definition, strategy, and content development.
- Manage end-to-end planning and technical setup of campaigns, including messaging, creative design, and ad development.
- Analyze campaign performance data, implement A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers to create impactful content and amplify brand messaging to target audiences.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment of ad content with brand voice and messaging.
- Implement retargeting campaigns and other advanced strategies to refine targeting and boost results.
- **eCommerce Website & Amazon Store Management**:
- Manage and optimize eCommerce websites, ensuring seamless user experience, product visibility, and sales performance.
- Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of Amazon stores, including product listings, keyword research, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions on eCommerce platforms to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze eCommerce metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversions and overall performance.
- **Campaign Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend across platforms.
- Continuously monitor and adjust budgets to achieve optimal ROI.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media strategy and execution.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Instagram/Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience managing eCommerce websites is required. Experience with Shopify and Amazon stores is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and external influencers to achieve campaign goals.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
